President
Leadership is not merely about guiding an institution; it is about inspiring a vision that transforms lives and communities.

It gives me immense pleasure to present the Annual Report of the National Public School Management Committee for the Academic Session 2025–26. It is a matter of satisfaction to see the continued efforts of our students, teachers, staff members, parents and the entire Management Committee towards the development of education and the well-being of our learners. Education is one of the strongest foundations for building a responsible, confident and capable generation, and our continued effort is to create an environment where every child gets the opportunity to learn, participate and progress. During the academic year, we continued our efforts towards improving the learning environment and supporting the academic and personal development of students. Along with classroom learning, attention has been given to discipline, regular attendance, communication skills, confidence, creativity, leadership qualities and social responsibility. We believe that education should help students develop their knowledge as well as their ability to understand situations, make responsible decisions and work respectfully with others. The active involvement of teachers has been an important part of our work. Teachers play a direct role in guiding students, identifying their learning needs and encouraging them to participate in different academic and educational activities. We appreciate their patience, dedication and continuous efforts in supporting students throughout the academic session. We also recognise the important role played by parents and guardians in the educational journey of every child. Regular communication between the school, parents and the community helps create better support for students. We encourage parents to remain actively involved in their children’s education, attendance, behaviour and overall development. The Management Committee remains committed to supporting educational initiatives that improve learning opportunities and strengthen the connection between the school and the community. We will continue to encourage activities that promote knowledge, discipline, teamwork, creativity and responsible citizenship among students. We also aim to make effective use of available resources and explore practical ways to improve educational facilities and learning support. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all members of the Management Committee, teachers, staff, parents, students and community members for their cooperation and contribution during the year. Every effort, whether small or large, contributes to the progress of our institution and the development of our students. As we move forward, our focus will remain on providing a supportive and inclusive educational environment, improving learning opportunities and encouraging every student to realise their potential. We will continue to work together with dedication, transparency and a sense of responsibility towards our students and the community. I extend my heartfelt wishes to all our students for their continued learning, confidence and success. I also thank all teachers, staff members, parents and well-wishers for their continued support and cooperation. With collective effort and commitment, we look forward to another productive and meaningful academic year.
